1. Services
Packing, loading, transportation, unloading as per agreement.
2. Booking & Payment
Token 10-20% non-refundable at booking. Balance on delivery. Payment via Cash, Card, Bank Transfer. 30+ days unpaid = 30% penalty. 60+ days = legal action.
3. Pricing
Quotation is estimate only. May change due to fuel, road, weight, distance, labour. Final price confirmed before dispatch.
4. Cancellation
More than 24 hours before departure: Free rescheduling. Less than 24 hours: 10% cancellation charge. Token non-refundable.
5. Customer Responsibility
Provide correct address, contact, inventory. Pack cash, jewellery, valuables yourself. Disclose fragile and high-value items. Ensure lift, parking, permission at both locations. Be present during packing and delivery.
6. Company Responsibility
Professional packing, safe handling, on-time attempt, trained staff, verified vehicles.
7. Prohibited Items
No illegal items, explosives, drugs, alcohol, weapons. We can refuse unsafe goods.
8. Damage & Claims
No liability for wear and tear, internal electronic damage, or natural calamity. Check items on delivery. Report damage immediately with photos. Claim within 24 hours.
9. Delays
Not liable for delays due to weather, traffic, breakdown, accident, strike, government restriction.
10. Storage
If delivery not taken, per day storage charges apply.
11. Liability
Not liable for loss or damage in transit except negligence. Not liable for injuries unless negligence.
12. Privacy
Data use governed by Privacy Policy.
13. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, content, logo belong to Hyper Express Logistics.
14. Governing Law
Governed by laws of Haryana, India. Jurisdiction: Gurugram courts.
15. Modifications
Terms may change without notice, effective on posting. We may suspend service for misuse. Waiver must be in writing signed by both parties.
